OXA is the partnership between Herbert Ospina Londoño (Architect · Urban Project Specialist · BIM Director) and Nini Johanna Álvarez (Economist · Finance Specialist · Structuring). Over 33 years of combined experience guiding real estate projects across Colombia.

Our edge: we read every project as a business before we read it as a building. We structure financial, commercial and technical feasibility first — design and construction come after. We work with private developers, Landlords, family offices and investment funds.

Every project is designed only after all aspects have been carefully evaluated and integrated.
